How about a title like "Buoyant in Blue," or "Florescent Fascination?"

Beautiful & confident. I enjoy the flow of her hair and the cloth, and the glow, and the small sparkles or bubbles floating in front of her. She looks like a goddess.

I love what you did to the back lighting in this. It looks as though she is in water or a zero gravity. I would have liked it to be more centered around the face and shoulders, and perhaps more detail given to the little details. I love to see the great usage of the back lighting. As it is now, it makes the painting give off a vibe of looking at the sun through a film of water; which is freaking sweet looking. One thing that did turn me off to the painting was the concentration and numbers of the little distortions or bubbles in the pic. I realize you did them to give it that feel, but i think maybe you could have placed them and made them look like they were actually rising to the surface of the water, if in fact water was the desired environment of the painting. If it wasn't I don't get why they would be there. I would love to see a future painting of the women from the shoulders up, focusing specifically and making the center of the painting, the eyes.
