Ok so I think this is one of my favorites of yours (I'm a sucker for textured/scribbly details).
..but seriously, I love the neo-tribal look of the designs on her face. and the colors are great, not too vibrant or distracting.
I would like to see more of the lose, energetic linework you've got going on! the gestural qualities really make my eyes move around the entire composition. Although, I guess you don't want to overdo it and make it too chaotic. So I'd say thats well balanced.
I would be nice if you incorporated her "blindness" more in the concept, or even just made it more obvious that she is blind (because I couldn't really tell just by looking at it). Maybe somehow express the loneliness and separation a blind person might feel from the visual world? just an idea
Let me start this off by saying this looks great! It reminds me a lot of Ruan Jia. Her paintings are on the tighter side compared to your more loose style but, I think it would still be interesting for you to take a look at. I think the eyebrows might be a little too high, the area where the nose comes up to meet the eyebrow seems off. You could have played up the difference in the light shining on her versus the reflected blue light from the background with a darker shadow where they meet. Other than that I don't think there is much else I can say to improve on this. Good job!
