I have to say that this is visually very excellent. Although the background doesn't have much impact, I feel that a busier background would have draw attention away from the main character and drawn too much focus toward the background.

The colors really pop against all of the neutral tones, and I love the tiny bits of sparkly detail, especially with the eyes. I also love the attention to texture and contour, for example the smoothness of the leggings but the roughness of the skirt that contrast it.

Overall I think the piece is superb and surpasses anything I ever dream of doing, heh.

I see you indeed have grasped the concept of proportions very well. Her figure is very true to that of Dragonball Z. Your negative space though very simple is also pretty complex giving you the feel of the first time Android 18 was seen in a destructive mindset. Your contours are spot on with a little bit of originality and I like that! Your colors are accurate and your shading is spot on. Overall I say you did Android 18 some justice in your piece.

Something you can work on is try to develop your negative space more. Make the background "POP" so that the viewer isn't only seeing your character.

Keep up the good work and always try new techniques when drawing.
